The Vaughan Youth Cabinet (VyC), established in 2005, is the official voice of young people in Vaughan. Our goal is to empower youth in Vaughan and encourage them to make a positive difference in the community.
Our mission statement is simply: BE HEARD!
The VyC Executive, 15 members appointed after every municipal election by Vaughan Council to serve a three year term, consists of dedicated young Vaughan citizens who want to show other young people how to Be Heard.
